Delegate Foster moves to amend the bill on page 22, section 14, line five, following the word “registrant” by inserting a new subsection (f) to read as follows:

“(f) The Commissioner shall determine if each applicant for new licenses and license renewal qualifies for employment under the E-Verify program administered by the United States Department of Homeland Security and the United States Social Security administration: Provided, That nothing in this subsection may make the Commissioner liable for the employment of undocumented workers.”
